Shipping Policy

The Mperor uses the warp! (Updated 26/4/23)

  1. All order may require a 1-2 days handling but we definitely try to expedite all orders
  2. All purchases from Mperor will be shipped using Auspost delivery.
  3. If you location falls into a remote area (rural), please allow additional 3-6 days to arrive (Please contact us if you would like to find out whether your address is a remote area)
  4. We try not ship to P.O BOX address, please enter a valid address. If you still would like to do so, delays may apply
  5. Please enter your contact number for the logistic to contact you in case of anything
  6. Please take note that ALL metro deliveries are "Authority to Leave", meaning they don't need a signature
  7. If you are unable to receive the parcel on the day, you may receive a SMS that you can manage your delivery. (This is only for METRO delivery)
  8. Please note that if your payment is using e-check, the ordering/shipping process won't start until the payment has been cleared
  9. Codex & Rule Books will be carded to ensure they are not damage during shipment
  10. Box sets and blisters are carded to prevent extensive damage towards the item
  11. Items are AVAILABLE available for pick-up at Inn Games (Moss Vale)
  12. If in any case items are damage while shipping, please provide the Order ID , Image of Damage Goods and email them to
  13. Please note if an item is on Pre-Release Pre-Order, the shipment of the item may arrive the first week after the item release
  14. Please note if an item is on Pre-Order, item may only ship within 14 days after order has been made
  15. One order will only be shipped all at once. Please order separately if you would like your order to be shipped separately.
  16. If you have an issue with your delivery, please contact us first before you change the delivery address else the reward point penalty will apply
  17. Please note any changes to delivery address after shipment has been processed will incur a -3000 reward points on your account as a $30 redirection fee is charged to us. If the redirection is an error from our end, please let us know so we can revise the penalty.
  18. Please note that all or most shipment require a signature upon receipt. We can't change the process. We may not be able to ensure a signature upon receipt or the ability to leave without a signature.
  19. If you shipment is damage during transit, any returns will be borne by customers. Please opt insurance if you wish to cover the return shipping.
