Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Ordering with Mperor (Updated 4/1/2023)

• Future Release Pre-Order items are usually ship earlier to ensure that you receive 1-2 days after the release date. (Expression of  interest is required on the week before)(Applicable only on Saturday Pre-Order) If orders are overwhelming, standard pre-order will apply.
• If an item has a button Pre-Order instead of Add to Cart , this means the item is currently Out of Stock and requires us to back order it for you. This may take up to 14 days to ship
• All Pre-Orders requires a full payment of order
• All Pre-Orders are subjected to our terms & conditions of our website mperor.cc
• As all pre-order(s) are specific order in made by us for you, we hope that you do not cancel or return those item else a penalty will apply.
• Any cancellation/returns of orders will result in a penalty of loyalty points. If your order is $140, a total of 1500 points will be deducted. As cancellations and returns have cost imposed to us through shipping and payment gateway fees. (Value of cancellation equates $50 = 500 points, and calculated every $50 block)
• Please make sure of your financial situation before making a pre-order/back-order
• Please read all our Terms & Conditions and Shipping Policy before you commit an order
