- When you make an order on "Mperor.cc" website, you agreed and have read all the Terms & Conditions, FAQ and all store policies.
- Prices are stated are the final prices, all tax and handling fees are already included. However, shipping rates are FREE for orders above $100 and Flat Rate fee of $20 if it's not
- All products which are SOLD OUT are unavailable till further notice
- If you have an order which have PRE-ORDER item(s), the order may not ship till all items have arrived. Please separate the order if you wish to ship individually
- Any change of shipping address after item has been shipped will be imposed a -5000 reward points on your account as we get charge a $30 redelivery charge.
- Any cancellation/returns of orders will result in a penalty of loyalty points. If your order is $140, a total of 4500 points will be deducted. As cancellations and returns have cost imposed to us through shipping and payment gateway fees. (Value of cancellation equates $50 = 1500 points, and calculated every $50 block)
- We have the right to refuse change of mind returns. (ACCC)
- If a return is accepted, all returns or cancellation must be in the same condition we sent them and they must be in the condition that is sellable. (ie. box not damage, not opened)
- All change of mind returns now only valid for STORE CREDIT. There won't be any cash refund. Please note the reward points penalty will still apply. We still can offer a full refund to your payment method but there would be a -10000 reward point penalty to it.
- If an item in your order is tagged pre-order/backorder and it is cancelled, a 20% restocking fee plus shipping will be imposed on that item. This means the refund would be 20% lesser plus $20 shipping. This option can be refunded on either store credit or cash refund.
- If your account reaches -10000 reward points, you will not be able to order from us again.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost for any cancellations & returns
- All cancellations/returns/damage must be perform within 14 working days after receipt and tracking number must be provided. (Subject to return acceptance)
- All returns will have to be sent to the designated return address given else it wouldn't be deemed valid.
- A $20 shipping fees will be imposed on a refund that reduces the initial order value to be lower than the FREE SHIPPING threshold, this applies to return and/or orders that has already been processed. (eg. Your order is $90, you cancel the entire order, you will receive $70). This applies if an order has been cancelled and shipped.
- Please make sure you have read through our Pre-Order terms & Shipping Policy before you make an order
- Only one voucher can be used on one order
- Any voucher applied to an order will not be refunded or reimbursed
- There is a chance that your bank may charge a foreign transaction fee on your transaction. This is random as we have contacted PayPal and there is no solution. However we will increase the reward for reward point redemption for the highest tier to cashback on this fee.
- If you create another account with similar address as an account which already have negative reward points, both account will subject to the same reward point balance.
- if you dont accept any of our FAQs and our terms & conditions, we cant accept any further orders from your account.
