Here are some Terms & Conditions and FAQ to help you out when purchasing a Seconds item from Mperor.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Customers must use the code "CLEAR" to get an additional 10% discount off all clearance items.
  2. Failure to input the discount code will process the order as normal.
  3. No change of mind returns/refund for all CLEARANCE item purchases but product defects will be rectified
  4. Defects and Damage replacement will incur a $10 shipping fee.
  5. You will still earn reward points when purchasing CLEARANCE item.
  6. If you combine your CLEARANCE item with a non-CLEARANCE item that is on backorder, delays may occur.
  7. All CLEARANCE item are all In-Stock.
  8. Some of the CLEARANCE item may have packaging cosmetic defects but most of them are just marked down to clear.
  9. All CLEARANCE items are while stock last. New items will be added and removed from time to time.
